Dave Donovan-Producer and Partner
Dave Donovan is an agency partner and Producer at Keller Leopold Insurance, based in the Norton office. He helps oversee a growing Keller Leopold Insurance team. Dave’s specialties include farm packages, crop insurance, and commercial agricultural lines. Mindful of the agency’s tradition of service, Dave dedicates himself to providing excellent service to his agribusiness clients. Dave joined Keller Leopold in 2002.
Prior to Keller Leopold, the long-time cattleman worked on the family farm. Dave also spent time in livestock feed supplement sales and consulting.
Outside of work, Dave spends time with his grandchildren, raises cattle, and volunteers in the Norton community. His activities include coaching youth sports, serving as a 4-H community leader, and as president of KSU’s Extension Board.
Dave and his wife, Lisa, have three grown children and seven grandchildren. He holds a master’s degree in Agriculture Education from Kansas State University.

Aaron Hale is a Commercial and Farm Producer in Keller Leopold’s Norton office. He offers his clients a low pressure and educational approach to managing their risk. He joined the agency in 2013.
Prior to working at Keller Leopold, Aaron spent 12 years in broadband technical operations and account management consulting with business owners. In addition, Aaron’s past experience in the United States military, along with growing up on a family farm, have helped form his unique perspective on risk management.
Outside of work, Aaron plays music in a band and at church. He also enjoys exercising, golf, hiking, spending time with his wife and kids, and doing farm and home projects. He serves on the Norton Board of Economic Development, teaches Financial Peace University, and cares for his community in a variety of other ways.
Aaron married his lovely wife in 2008, and together they have three children. He attended Barton County Community College as well as Northwest Kansas Technical College and served in the Army National Guard for seven years. Aaron’s service in the military included a 2004-05 tour of duty during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Brant Cox - Farm and Crop Producer
Brant Cox is a Farm and Crop Producer in Keller Leopold’s Norton office. Brant strives to help farmers and ranchers understand their unique policies and assist them with risk management strategies that lead to financial security. He joined the agency in 2019.
Prior to working at Keller Leopold, Brant worked on the family farm, for a hog facility, and for a sporting goods store.
In his free time, Brant enjoys watching, playing, and attending sporting events. He also enjoys camping, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Kinze.
Born in Norton, Brant grew up on his family’s farm in Long Island, KS. He holds a bachelor’s degree in athletic training with a minor in business from the University of Kansas.

Dana Hanlon-Account Manager
Dana Hanlon is a Personal Lines Account Manager and supports the crop insurance department in Keller Leopold’s Norton office. Dana values the trust that she gets to build with her customers each day. Dana joined the agency in 2009.
Before joining Keller Leopold, Dana worked at an insurance agency for nine years, gaining expertise in serving customer needs.
Outside of work, Dana volunteers at her church in various ways – leading worship, working in the nursery, and serving on the fellowship committee. She also volunteers weekly at the local movie theatre and is actively involved in her kids’ lives.
Dana grew up as a “military kid” and lived in many states. She and her husband, John, have three children – Michael, Dahn, and Seana. Her family is very important to her. She earned a B.S. in Psychology & Sociology at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ.

Janelle Eagleburger-Director of First Impressions
Janelle Eagleburger is the Director of the First Impressions in Keller Leopold’s Norton office where she goes out of her way to greet customers, oversee valuable administrative tasks, and act as an initial contact point for clients. Janelle often says that one her favorite aspects of her job is “greeting customers with a smile and seeing them light up each day.” She joined the agency in 2018.
In her free time, Janelle loves to hunt, fish, spend time with family, soak up the summer sun, and refurbish furniture with a rustic twist.
Janelle grew up in Gaylord, KS and has been married since 2015. Residing in Norton, she and her husband have three beautiful children - Braden, Jaxson, and Kinsley. She attended college for Massage Therapy.

Sara Sattler-Payroll/Benefits/AMS Reporting Specialist
Sara Sattler is in Keller Leopold’s Norton office and is the agency’s Payroll/Benefits/AMS Reporting Specialist. Sara oversees payroll and benefits activities in addition to vital office operational needs. Since joining Keller Leopold in 2013, Sara values the agency’s tight-knit “team-centric” culture.
Prior to working at Keller Leopold, Sara served as a seasonal Property Adjuster in Allied Insurance’s Central Nebraska zone. She was also a Commercial Claims Adjuster for Nationwide Insurance in Des Moines, IA.
Outside of work, Sara loves the outdoors, gardening, cooking, and being a mom. An avid Cornhuskers football fan, Sara also serves as a Catholic Church kindergarten teacher.
A native of Norton, Sara is married to David, and they have three beautiful daughters -Lauren, Ella, and Ivy. She received a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Travel & Tourism in 2011 from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.

Trish Fischer-Account Manager
Trish Fischer is an Account Manager in Keller Leopold’s Norton office. She continues to be passionate about learning and finding new and better ways to serve customers. Trish joined the agency in 2002.
Prior to Keller Leopold, Trish worked for another insurance agency for 24 years as well as at a computer store for two years. Her 40 years of insurance experience give her a breadth of industry knowledge.
In her free time, Trish enjoys quilting, reading, gardening, time outdoors, and spending time with her husband and family. Her community involvement includes volunteering at the local theatre, helping with Big Brothers Big Sisters, serving as a Sunday school teacher at church, and helping start Kansans for Life in Norton.
Trish currently resides in Norton with her husband Dave. Together they have one daughter.
