David Casterline-Crop Producer
David Casterline is a Crop Producer in Keller Leopold’s Cimarron office. With a passion for serving farmers, David helps them protect what they have worked so hard to grow. He believes that trust-based customer relationships are paramount in the ever-changing insurance industry. David joined Keller Leopold in 2016.
Previously, he spent two years as an Ag Loan Officer at a local bank in Dodge City.
In his free time, David enjoys spending time with family and friends, golf, hunting, and attending or watching sports.
David grew up in Dodge City where he and his wife, Jamie, live today. They have two children – Charlie and Ren. Together they operate a row crop farm consisting of both irrigated and dry land. After attending McPherson College where he played football, David earned a B.S. in Agribusiness from Kansas State University.

Joe Beery-Crop Producer
Joe Beery is a Crop Producer in Keller Leopold’s Cimarron office. Besides providing his expertise in farm and crop insurance, Joe helps oversee the farm and crop team. Joe joined Keller Leopold Insurance in 1997, bringing along his 20 years of crop insurance experience.
Prior to working at Keller Leopold, Joe worked for the Cimarron Insurance Company.
In his free time, Joe enjoys helping people, spending time with family, attending his grandkids’ activities, taking care of his ranch, and serving at church.
Joe grew up on a farm in the Kalvesta/Cimarron area. He is married and a proud father of three grown children. Joe holds a B.S. in Animal Science with an emphasis in Business from Kansas State University.

Neal Beery-Crop Producer
Neal Beery is a Crop Producer in Keller Leopold Insurance’s Cimarron office. Neal specializes in policy service, mapping, and providing Kansas farmers with customized insurance coverage to protect their precious crops. Neal joined the agency in 2004, and he enjoys providing peace of mind and great service to his farm customers.
Outside of work, Neal spends time with his family, raises horses and cattle, team ropes, and coaches youth sports. Neal is a Gray County Extension Board Member.
The Cimarron native is married to Dana, and they have three children - Quentin, Lane, and McKynlee. He holds a B.S. in Agribusiness from Fort Hays State University.

Katie Schartz-Account Manager
Katie Schartz is an Account Manager in Keller Leopold’s Cimarron office. She provides support for all lines of business. Seeing great value in insurance, Katie finds great satisfaction in helping protect the individuals and families in her community. She joined the agency in 2017.
Previously, Katie worked for Pride Ag Resources in Howell, KS after graduating from college.
Outside of work, she enjoys helping on the family farm, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Katie is a native of Cimarron and now resides in Dodge City. She is grateful to live near family. Katie holds a B.S. in Agribusiness from Kansas State University.
