As a producer (licensed insurance agent) you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of insurance business. You will work closely with prospects and current customers to provide the best in insurance coverage and service. You will also work hand in hand with both personal and commercial lines staff in the agency. This position has a competitive compensation package and unlimited growth potential.
+Commercial Lines Account Manager
The Commercial Lines Account Manager requires individuals to work closely with all producers in assisting them with managing the current book of business and marketing new business opportunities with our insurance carriers. Duties include but are not limited to: preparing applications, renewing policies, taking call-in quote requests, completing change requests, and handling claims.
+Commercial Lines Support
The Commercial Lines Support staff is responsible for updating policy information for Commercial accounts for the agency’s customers. Support staff process the paperwork, all changes, billings, claims, audits and renewals on customer accounts after information has been submitted by the Account Manager. Support staff work cooperatively with account managers, insureds, and insurance company personnel.
+Personal Lines Account Manager
The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for the selling and servicing of personal accounts for the agency’s prospects and current customers. The PL Account Manager will determine proper placement of new business and process applications, as well as handle all changes, billings, claims and renewals on customer accounts.
+Personal Lines Support
The Personal Lines Support staff is responsible for processing paperwork and assisting Personal Lines Account Managers. They handle customer payments and behind the scenes processing of customer accounts. Personal Lines Support staff work closely with Personal Lines Account Managers, Insureds, and Insurance Company Personnel.
